I waited for 1 1/2 hours for the technician to diagnose and repair the issue I was having with my 2017 Accord that I had just purchased the week before from Hardin Honda. I checked for an update with Frank Camargo. He advised me that the issue was more complex then originally thought so the technician was working with the engineers at Honda to diagnose the issue. Knowing it could take some time, Frank set me up with a loaner car since I live outside the shuttle area. I really appreciate that Frank did this for me so that I could go on with my day. It ended up taking a few more hours for the issue to be resolved. Overall, Frank was great to work with. He communicated very well and again I really appreciated him offering up he loaner car.
