I went to pick up a key that was not given to me when I first bought he car and have a visor that broke off while I was driving installed. I bought the car less than a month ago. The service guy locked my only key in the car which resulted in the car having to be re-keyed because they could not find the key that should have been given to me in the first place. A visit that should have taken 20 minutes tops took an hour and a half.
