I told the person who checked in the car I would be waiting in the lounge. He marked no I was not waiting when he entered the info in the computer. I told him again I would be waiting in the lounge and he pointed me in that direction. I saw my car through the window when it was taken into the bay to be worked on. I also saw when it was taken out. About 30 Min later I received a phone call saying it was ready and not a page over the innercom like the others who were waiting. I think my time there was greatly lengthened due to my status not being accurately put in the computer. I am very happy with the service and everything else that was done. I would just like it noted that better attention to information put in the computer needs to be looked at.
