The service associate was fantastic and answered all my questions but it took 2 hours to receive a pick up from the shuttle to get my car. Also I was told I had to replace a 3 year old battery that was factory installed and replace it with a new one and that I was no eligible to have it replaced under warranty as I was 1000 miles over the warranty which I would not have been had I not had a death in the family that required me driving past the warranty period. Not sure how a battery goes bad in 3 years yet gets replaced with another factory battery that gives me a 7 year warranty. Makes no sense
