I was told by Jim that I didnt need my driver window panel or something replaced, although I was told upon purchasing the car to take it in anytime to get it replaced. When I came in the second time after purchasing the car to get my decklid spoiler installed, the tech from services told me to just come back next time because he had to order it. Jim had kept trying to convince me that I didnt need it changed and that it was a hassle. I was not happy about that. I purchased a brand new car and obviously something was wrong, I'd like to get it fixed because my car is still new. I had asked him to make note in my profile so that if his theory of the panel melting and molding into place does not work, I would like it replaced. He wrote it on paper, but did not make notes of it on the computer when I had asked James about it. I understood thay the oil change would take about an hour, but it was an hour and thirty minutes. I went over to services from the waiting room, and I had seen my car just sitting there, so I asked if it was done, and he said, let me pull it up. I assume it had been done, and no one bothered to call me from the waiting room while everyone else who came after me had already been called and got their cars .... I just assumed that others had appointments so I did not make a big deal about it. But I was mot satisfied about having my car and myself sit there and wait, and for me to go and ask if my car was done. And tbe fact that the workers did not seem friendly to me .. Last time I came, Frank gave me really good service.
