I asked if they could check to see if I needed wiper blades and it turned out I didn't, but when I was at the cashiers, I was charged 3.00! I was not told I would be charged for them to check. Also, I was told the replacement light bulb was 5.00 and yet I was charged 8.00 and change for the light bulb. somehow my bill that was supposed to be 5 came out to 12 and something cents. was bringing the car in for the air bag recall.

Chris is and has been very courteous and kind to my family and myself. The previous young gentleman who worked with me was amazing, but seems to no longer be employed. We drive to Hardin Honda from South Orange County for the best customer service and quickest services. Due to our schedule planning a car service just doesn't work, so having a drive up first come first serve is definitely worth the drive for me. This service was for a routine oil change and brake replacement (of which I knew I was ready for). Thanks for the consistency in care.
