The service personnel were both friendly and extremely helpful. I asked for a quick oil change by a certain time and he got it done earlier than expected. Always great to exceed the customers expectations and they did.

I went to Long Beach Hardin Honda for first time car service, but we don't believe it was serviced properly. They don't care about customers. Read my experience on Feb 4 2017 what had happened. Really bad experience I had at Hardin Honda, disappointed totally. My day was completely screwed up. When I came for the service Jim put token in a car but wrong tag was used in the system. I was waiting for 3 hrs then promised time was 2 hrs. However after I received the pick up documents I had to wait one more hour. Very much frustrated and keen to know what happened to my car. But they were trying to hide and keep on telling my car is under water wash. And Weird thing is my car was not even washed. Still on a doubt if my car was serviced or not. Worst service ever.
