Naeill has excellent customer service. I was having my car dropped off at Hardin Honda and as I was walking up to the building to look for a customer service rep. He was walking out and approached me. It was welcoming that he took the initiative to welcome me and offer his assistance.

Byron did a very good job keeping me informed about was needed for the Pilot and let me know when it was ready. This is the service & communication I have always experienced in the service department at Hardin. That is why I keep coming back all the time. Keep up the great service!

It all started with the recall letter which I received mid July 2016. It stated that parts for the repair will not be available until Fall. When I called Hardin Honda yesterday, 2/1/17, Rudy told me the part for Passenger Airbag Inflator is available. He advised me to bring my car in & expect 5 hours of work. Rudy kept me posted & called me that repair for the recall is done. He also gave me recommendations by the service writer.Rudy & Rodolfo were excellent. Thanks.

The letter I originally received from Honda said to not let anyone sit on the front passenger seat. I'd called Hardin three times in 2016 to ask for the recall part(s), most recently in August. I was told that the part was on order and that I'd be contacted when it came in. No one ever called me.

The person I dealt with was great and helpful and friendly. However, I thought the wait time was extremely long I got there at 8:40, my estimated wait time was 11 and I didn't leave until 11:35. Everythingthing else was great. But I think the wait times need to be adjusted or tried harder to get done on the time provided. (I was listed as a waiter) also, that was without a wash. (I opted out because I had to get going, but I feel like the estimated wait time should have. Even enough to finish the job and a wash and get out on time.

Don't make recommendations for things that could be fixed or replaced when they were done recently at the same service department. That just makes it seem like your trying to get more out of pocket for something that was already done. Advisor was great and everything else was good.
