He wanted to charge me for a service that Hardin Honda has never charged me for and is the BIGGEST reason I bought my cars from Hardin Honda!
He talks and double talks WAY too much and has a "manager" ( not customer) is always right attitude SHAME ON YOU HARDIN HONDA and shame on you Byron!! You just lost a repeat customer !!!!
