I am driving 17 years Honda and I always take my car to Honda delear for service. I never had this type of service it was worse. He and the technician did not have any ideas about car service. He Called me that my service will be $500.00 and I asked for is there any other option to decrease cost because I am pharmacist student and I can not afford that much service? He said no, even he put me on hold to ask again from mechanic technition but in end he said no. Therefore I said I do not want any service. After 15 min he find out that it is possible to decrease my cost, he called at my work hours in the time that I am with patient therefore I can not respond my phone. After 45 min I called him he said my car is fixed. I said with what permission I said I do not want any service. Is not about cost is about respect customer opinion. This tell me that from begging my car was fixable but they try to charge me for service that I do not needs d they lied to me. They destroy my day and nerve.

Darin was great, he gave me a time estimate and it was on the dot plus he assured me the replacement battery would be a perfect fit on my Accord.
