We went to express oil change and waited there for awhile, nobody was there fo assist us. We drove by the customer service then. We asked someone who was walking over there and he talked to someone inside to come out. The customer lounge had no internet/wifi and coffee maker was out of service. I have had experiences with Toyota and KIA's customer service but this was my first experience with Honda. In my opinion it wasn't comparable with other customer service departments I've dealt with.
