All of the regular maintenance has been done at Hardin, as have any repairs. Service is always great and completed when promised. Chris has helped me many times, and he's always wonderful.

Omar was unprofessional and rude when I picked up my vehicle and did not hang up the phone to assist me with a few questions/items that I had. Onar had another person assist me instead. When a customer is there to speak with a representative, the representative should say "I will be with you in a moment" instead of continuing a phone call that sounded like an automated system as I heard Omar on the phone stating "if payment has been received."

Monday 8-8-17 I the dealer did the oil change and I bought a new key the car was washed and returned to me in ok condition. Tuesday 8-9-17 I took it back to do the timing belt replacement job and the car was returned to me with the windshield cracked across the center, the windshield was in perfect condition when I left my car that day and the day before. No one told me about it until I discovered by my self when I got into my car. The person that helped me Monday and Tuesday told me that the windshield had a chip and cracked when I was washed Which is not true because the car was not washed that day. The manager in charge that they are going to call me Wednesday morning but nothing is happening. If someone can help me is going to be very appropriate
