He was fantastic. My air conditioner condenser went out due to a manufacturer defect and he said he would have to order the part which could take a day to get to the dealership. So I took another day off work because I wanted to get the work done before my warranty expired. He called me back after doing more research and was able to find the part at another dealership and fixed the vehicle the same day it was brought in. He also had the shuttle come and pick me up too which was great. Scale of 1 to ten for satisfactory service.... 20
