I was given an estimate price range when i called in to schedule my srvc appnt but when i arrivrd the price range changed to far exceed the original estimate. This caused me embarrassment at the front counter as I tried to voice out that it was the price I was given and that I wasn't trying to get free labor or devalue anyone's work there over a ridiculously low price. In the end they honored the original price and I was satisfied and would bring back my car for Srvcd as I have done for years. I live very close to Honda Buena park?? And I like Anaheim for good customer Srvc. I don't like to deal with greedy cust Srvc associates that can't offer a fair deal on their discression. I will pay what I must but It shows when someone is BS. Love you Hardin Honda!

My entire experience, from making the appt to concluding my visit was top notch! Thank you for reaffirming just why I love my Honda so much! Compared to other dealers (i.e. Freeway Honda) Hardin Honda outperforms by far, and truly sets the bar for excellence in customer relations and service! As a previous Audi owner, I've never felt so much trust with a dealership and esp. it's service dept. You guys get it! You should share what works with Freeway Honda.
