Chris was very friendly and serviceable. Even asked how my experience was after the service was complete and if there was anything else that could’ve been done to make it better, even though he didn’t have to. Also offered tips on how to take better care of the truck that I have. Thanks.

The service representative was aware that the vehicle needed front brakes. I advised David that the front brakes measured 2 mm 10,000 miles ago. After waiting for 5 hours in the customer lounge, the brakes had not been serviced when I was called to the cashier to pick up my vehicle. I could not wait any longer since I had other commitments that afternoon. Plus, I had already waited from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on a quiet Thursday morning in the service department.

Chris Montag can be a bit more professional and friendly. I got an oil change done for my Honda but if I could get the oil change with better service even $10 more at other place I would probably not coming back to our dealer. Wasn't he supposed to go over with me the other services done such as tire air pressure check, coolant level check, etc? I didn't get any good impression about the service from Chris. It's how service is now a day, don't and can't expect much.
