At the beginning, I was very satisfied with my visit because the team members were very helpful and respectful. I checked in my vehicle to be inspected under warranty due to a noise that the vehicle is making. After my vehicle was inspected, they were unable to hear the noise because my car doesn't make it too frequent. Later on, I went to pick up my vehicle then the service team members were helpful, but they wanted to charge me for inspection even though that I checked my vehicle under warranty. Nevertheless, since I dropped off my vehicle to be inspected under warranty, and I paid for an extended warranty I was not supposed to pay, which is I didn't but they tried to bill me 37$. After I refused to pay the representive that helped me or manger that was called by a team member to help me was telling me that each honda dealer is individual, and they ware not responsible for the noise since in their opnion it was coming out of the breaks. Since I changed the breaks at a diifrent Honda dealer ship than Hardin Honda, the representative that was called to help me said we are not responsible for the noise that the breaks are making since the breaks were changed at Buena Park Honda. Then, when I refused to pay for inspection because my car is under the extended warranty. The representative that was called to help me said I will finish your paper work, and you can get out of here, instead of telling me after I finish your paper work you can leave sir, which sounded little rude in my opinion because the representative should be respectful to his costumers and make sure to watch the word choice before speaking with Customers, which I was a Customer in there. Consequently, I was satisfied with the service m, but not the last part where I went to pick up my vehicle since the representative that was called to help me was little rude and seemed that all what he cares about is my money, not providing a great customer service. This, is why I was disappointed with my visit to Hardin Honda. And my car is still making that slightly noise every now and then.

Alfredo had exceptional customer service, it is rare in today’s world to find an individual dedicated to the customer. Drove into the service area, he greeted me by opening my door, showed me the customer waiting area, and came to get me once my service was complete. Impeccable service, need more men and women trained like Alfredo at Honda’s around the world!!

Byron was amazing help on 12/2! I wasnt having the greatest day. The day before i had to work 4pm-3am. I had noticed something briefly flash on my car, alerting me something was wrong with the oil levels my car had, which was weird for me because i had gotten an oil change about 2-3 months prior. I called my husband right away and told him what i had seen, he came to meet me after work to check on my car and make sure i had sufficient oil in it. As he checks it he noticed the dipstick was showing it had none; we looked under and my car leaked all its oil out. I left my car at work, had to work 12-9 the next day so i just called a tow truck to tow my car. I was stressing it on time. Luckily i had been able to book an appointment when i had gotten out at 3am to have my car checked. When i arrived at the dealer Byron and Alfredo right away took care of my car! I was offered the shuttle back to work but my husband was able to take me back since he also had to work. Byron gave me an update on my car within an hour! His service turned my disposition around even after learning the previous Honda Dealer i had taken my car to had created that issue! Thank you for having GREAT service associates-Laura.M
