I am absolutely furious with my service experience at your dealership. I’ve brought in my car twice for the same problem and it is still not resolved. My car is brand new and should not be making a metal on metal sound in the drivers side wheel well when going over bumps. I was told this was “normal” and it is making the sound on the passenger as well. I drove the car yesterday, and today and it is only making that sound on the drivers side. This is not “normal” and It is reduculous that I keep having to take time out to do this when there clearly is a problem.
