Naeil was fantastic. Two areas that could be improved but are not related to Naeil. 1. The recall letter that Honda sent said the exchange should take 30 minutes, when in reality it was more like 90 minutes. If Honda is going to speculate on the timing, they should err on the side of too long and take into account that some of that depends on how busy a particular dealers service area is. 2. Because of the lengthier time, I chose to get a ride to work instead of waiting. It was about a 30 minute wait for the shuttle so I might recommend allowing people to schedule these shuttles in advance to help limit the waiting time and to better prepare Hardin for staffing. These are minor issues and my overall experience was excellent. Thank you! ~ Bill
