My wife and I drove separate cars to Hardin Honda to service our Honda Accord. We dropped off the Honda early at 7:30am for service (had an appointment at 10:30am) went to Costco for my Hearing test at 8:00am. Received a text message at 9:30am from Hardin Honda that my car was ready to pick up, finished my hearing test at Costco and picked up my Honda before my scheduled appointment start time.????

Just was not comfortable with my service provider. Also I'm nearly 70 years old and when I came to pick up my car the young people who took my payment there at the cashier's booth in the parts department kept calling me boss I'm not their boss I'm their customer. The service experience at Hardin Honda in my opinion has gone down over the last few visits.
