Our Service Person Byron was great he was very kind even when I was frustrated. I purchased a brand new car that ended up staying with Honda and then a body shop for over 30 days. Not a great first experience with a Honda. Was given a lemon Car. I expected more from the Helpful Honda dealers. Working with American Honda now to get a new car. Don’t understand why this has to be such a long process. California lemon law states after 30 days out of commission Car is considered a lemon.

Was told I had 3 mm on my front brakes and 2 mm on my back. I went to my mechanic and the front were 5 mm or more and back were 4.5 or more. It cost me $65 to find out I don't need new brake pads. Horrible feeling to be lied to and waste my time and money.

Express oil change took one and a half hours! I think you need to drop the express from in front of oil change ;) But it was a complementary oil change and wash so I'm completely satisfied.

I bought a new CRV from Harden Honda two years ago. I loved the service then and I still do I was a total Toyota buyer until coming to Harden. I am so happy that I just bought a HR-V last Friday from Harden and my service this time was just as wonderful as I remember. He was so patient with me and even showed me how to do Blue Tooth as a rather technology challenged 70 year old. Thank you for being #1 in my book!!

It is a privilege and honor for me to make a comment regarding Darin Schoppelrey. Hardin Honda is very fortunate and blessed to have an employee like him. From the fiirst approach of Darin when he met us, he made us feel welcomed and relieved from the stress we were experiencing with our Honda car - and it’s unreliable performance from last weekend to this weekend. Darin made our waiting time at Hardin Honda joyful instead of stress and concern. Darin never showed superiority. In fact he made our waiting time a wonderful experience. When the service was completed, we even felt sad that we will miss the kindness and good humor of a service person. The time spent in Darin’s Office and at the waiting lounge was far from boring because a kind and helpful Darin made us feel relaxed, happy and cared for - we even said, that in spite of distance from the dealership we bought our car from, we won’t hesitate driving all the way to Hardin Honda for service and even to that iof buying our next Honda car from them All because of the good service and care Attendant Darin showed us.
