Darin has helped me before, and he is always friendly and fast. He’s a great part of your team! The only thing I’m not happy about is the fact that I came in for A 1 & 2 service on my 2016 Civic, and the last time I came in, the total cost was $47 for an oil change. This time, I was told that my cabin air filter needed replacement, and the cost rose to nearly $200 including the oil change. It’s my own fault for not saying something before the work was done, but I feel that the cabin air filter replacement is VERY overpriced. I could have done it myself for about $20, which is what I’ll do next time. Live and learn!

I have go back to the dealership twice because my tire pressure light went on after leaving the dealership. It was not on prio to service. It was a major inconvenience for me. The service guy was polite and I in no way have anything negative to say about him.
