Steven was very professional and courteous explaining exactly what is covered in this first complementary oil change, so even though I had thought there would be more to it, he made me feel it was worth driving 15 miles for this one time.

I have been to other Honda dealers closer to my home (4 miles 5 minutes) but they were not as attentive and I felt very pressured to get additional services. I did not return to their delearship!
