Cezar was very friendly upon my arrival and reviewed what services would be done. He explained the maintenance schedule and provided me with a copy. He said the service would take about 60-90 minutes since there were other cars in front of mine, but I was out in about 45 minutes. The waiting area was nice and I was able to get some work done. Very pleased with the service!

While making work order, i asked to check all doors as it was functioning hard and it was acknowledged by Alfredo that hinge is dry but it wasnt fixed.
