Last year 2017 I got break oil changed and since than every time during service and oils change, they are reporting break oils need to replacement, in 2017 they didn’t replace the break oil and cheated me.

Told my sister to drop of my car for a diagnostic because i had work. she(my sister) clearly stated that the turn signals and the hazrds/emergency flashers did not work to the service writer named john. He said it would be $250.00 to diagnose the car, which i said yes to because i did not have the time to look at the car myself, because i also work at another dealership. Then i was told by the service writer, john, that they need 3 more hours to diagnose the car and to take of aftermarket lighting from the car, which btw only takes a few minutes to do bc it had a piggy back fuse. It was a matter of seconds to simply unplug a fuse and plug the original fuse back in, but they said they will charge me for a full 3 hours just to do that simply task. Also i was told that either that or i can pick up the car. After areiving at the delarship and talking to the service writer myself i was told that I might need a compute(imcu) for the car whcih is about $700.00 just for the part it self. Moreover while leaving the delarship i was also told that they had changed out the turn signal bulbs to original bulbs but walking up to my vehicle they were the same bulbs, but they had changed out the front side marker bulb, which by the way i never complained about, and they went ahed and changed the bulb and charged me for it without my consent. After the writer also told me that the side markers, which he called turn signals worked, which do not look like turn signals at all and the technician who worked on my car should have known because he is a honda technician. Overall it was a horrible experience and the writers were just trying to rip of my siter. I got home later on that day and looked at the car myself, because i needed the car next day and myself (iam a Lexus technician). Also horrible communication between the service writers and the technician.
