I'm not speaking to the service performed on the car, but to the customer service I received.
Car was promised to be finished at 4, so I called to check in at 3 to double-check. I was told you would call when it was done by 4. Sent two messages after 4 but never heard back. I ended up having to call to check-in again close to 6, at which point I was told the car was done. Were you ever going to call me? I understand if more time was needed, but you could have at least returned my message/call to let me know that was the case.
