Six year ago I truly did not trust Hardin Honda for the way they treated me when I bought my Fit. I have to say I am blown away by the customer care I have received since then. John was very thorough and detailed. John listened to my concerns and sat in my car with me listening and helping me find he rattles. Hardin team found a bad engine mount and replaced it under warranty. The dealership I bought it from that changed the oil last weekend said nothing was wrong.... glad I know where I’ll be going for service for the next 10+ years! Thanks John and team - Corey P
