My husband and I bought a Honda HRV from Harden Honda last year and it started making a weird noise so we brought it into the dealership and we test drove it with the service writer and duplicated the noise. My husband and I got a call back from the service writer John and he said well it looks like your car has been an accident and obviously the person who did the paint job and all the work on it did a bad job and did not cover it well. I explained to John several times the car has never been in a accident ever. Furthermore I also explained to him that I went over a cement block in the parking lot and when I reversed backwards it might have pulled the bumper a little. John explain to my husband and I thought maybe the problem is when the car is cold and I explained to John when we test drove the car for him we drove 30 minutes to get to the Honda dealership so obviously the car was not cold it was already warmed up. He explained that he would be giving us a call Tuesday to discuss what the mechanics find. Do you say comes around and I received another call from a Nother service writer which I don’t remember his name he explain well obviously it looks like your car was an accident and whoever did the paint job in the work did not do a good job covering it . I explain to the service writer again my car has never been an accident I went over the curb in a parking lot and I reverse it slightly pulled the bumper off. I explain to the service writer that my husband would be down at the dealership to look at a car with a mechanic to replicate the noise because they were having a hard time replicating the noise. My husband went down to the dealership and went on a test drive with the mechanic mechanic explain to my husband that he has been driving the car around up to 6 to 7 miles to replicate the sound. My husband explain to the mechanic that the noise is heard while doing a three point turn or in a parking lot going less than 10 miles an hour. My husband was concerned why the mechanic was joy riding in our car when we explain to the service writer you could hear the noise in a parking lot or while doing a three point turn. My husband was told to talk to the manager Byron, to express his concerns. The service manager Byron talk to my husband and said that a Honda engineer would be coming Wednesday morning around 9 AM and he would be giving him a call after the engineer like to discuss what the engineer thought the problem might be. Wednesday morning came and we still have not heard from the manager Byron. My husband decided to call the dealership around 11:00 AM to discuss what the Honda engineer thought the problem might be. My husband finally got a hold of the manager Byron and firing explained to my husband that since the car has been in an accident and who ever done the previous job before did not do a good job so they cannot warrantee what was wrong with my car. Barry and furthermore explain to my husband night it might be a stria damage when I got into a car accident. My husband and I explained again to the manager Bryon that I was never in a accident and we would be coming down shortly to receive my car. Upon arrival to the dealership we got in contact with Byron and he explained that due to supposedly the carbine an accident they will not be warranty on the work on my car and that was it that’s all that they could do for us. My husband explain to the manager Byron that there is no way the stretch could be damage before the rack and Pinion was damage. The way my husband and I were treated at Harden Honda was disrespectful. My husband and I bought a Honda because we did research and it’s one of the safest cars on the market. After that ordeal my husband and I endured at the dealership we honestly have to reconsider if we want to keep only know Honda or go back and get another car from another dealership because they experience we had was something I would not wish on anyone.

And not only was the work done to satisfaction, it was done way before the estimated time. The team you have at HARDIN HONDA IN ANAHEIM CA. should never be broken or disturbed in any way!!! This personnel is the best team I have ever encountered and I have encountered many!!
