Very bad service because I was purposefully delayed by Cezar Melena when he conspired with his maintenance crew to maliciously with hold the delivery of my car to my possession and made me very late to my own brother's wedding which was a very important event for me and my family. I honestly felt that Cezar Melena was trying to swindle me and defraud me out of my money. I really can afford to fix my vehicle no matter how expensive it is because I make a very good living but I really felt like I was being taken advantage of by Cezar Melena. I don't trust your dealership and I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Thanks for a very bad learning experience.

My driver seat is broken since before I brought the pilot almost a year ago.and I realy want to hear something positive from Honda because is a certified used car and that is a big mark on your inspection .I'm stuck with it and will like honda to take care of it.And today the hepa filter that I found on my passenger seat when I went to pick up my cpilot. Be more awhere just the same way your saleperson or agents are when They are selling your vehicle's. Thans and hope to hear from you.
