Naeil listened well brought the cost down closer to other quotes I was receiving. Slightly disappointed that the 'competitive' quote he gave me, and I agreed to, went up roughly $100 because he forgot to include oil change I ordered originally. Small frown in an otherwise happy experience.

The battery was replaced, but I do not believe the real problem has been corrected. I anticipate another battery failure within the next year and I will be back once again hoping for a more thorough repair job .
