Cezar was great! I sent my mom to do my oil change for me while I was at work and according to her he went above and beyond to accommodate her. She appreciated that he was bilingual and the fact that he was thorough throughout the entire process. She never felt rushed even though she hadn’t made an appointment. Even in the end he was not nagging her with phone calls to hurry and come get the car, nonetheless he told her to take her time. Amazing customer service!!!! 10/10 would recommend.

1st time here for an oil change on my new honda. The express was NOT open at 7:30 like I was told on the phone. I had to call the other side to let them know "hey there are a lot of cars here waiting and no one is here?".. then within 3 minutes they opened. When my car was done I asked where is it. Instead of them showing you where it's parked they said out there. Ok, out there are a lot of cars I had no idea where my car was so walking around to find it was a bit frustrating. I got it washed but it had water all over it. There was a sign about no drying due to winds but there wasn't any wind at 8:30am. I was told it should take an hour...hm, it took an hour 20.. Oh well. not the best experience but not the worse. I've always had a toyota and there they walk you to your car or bring it up front so you're not walking around like a knucklehead looking for it.. :(
