I was greeted by Cezar upon arrival. I have previously been to a Honda Dealership before but this visit was an example of extraordinary customer care. He greeted me and walked me over to the counter to discuss what I wanted done that day, which was an oil change. He was very pleasant. He then walked me over to the customer lounge and showed me where everything was since it was my first time here. After my oil change was done, he came and got me and walked me to the cashier and asked if I had any questions. I’ve never had such great service like this before in a dealership. I will be continuing to receive all my Honda needs here at Hardin Honda. Thank you so much for such a pleasant visit! You’ll see me again.
