My rep was great. Through no fault of his after I was contacted to pick up my car I had to wait an additional hour because of some mix up at the front desk. After receiving my car there were water spots all over it as well from the car wash. I usually have a great experience with Hardin Honda, but unfortunately this was not one of those times.
