Kari was amazing! In fact, the whole team from the guy who greeted us at the service drive-in area to the guys who set up our lyft to Disneyland while we waited for our car to be serviced-were awesome! Of course, I am most grateful for Kari who was kind enough to take us in despite not having an appointment. Thank you all so much!

I trust Hardin to maintain my car, and I always believe you guys do a good job, but this oil change has me concerned a bit. I was driving on the freeway when I saw the wrench icon light up. Checking the oil life, I saw it was at 15%. When the survey comes in a few days, I’ll update if anything changed.
