When they returned my car from having a recall done, I had to finish putting it back together. The headrests were not put back on and the small plastic covers for the back seat were not put back on. It was just a pile of stuff on the front console. They also did not return my keys as a complete set, but had the fob separate from the key in 2 different places in my vehicle. Was definitely not satisfied with the work they performed. If they can’t put my car back to the way I dropped it off, what else did they not do? And it wasn’t like just one person didn’t do anything about this. The technician who performed the recall didn’t fully do his job, and then the service advisor who brought the car to me didn’t do her job as she had to have seen the big pile of parts on the front console, but she just walked away.

Everything was great, my only complaint was that it took about 30 minutes longer than estimated. Was estimated to be 45 minutes to an hour and it ended up being around an hour and a half. Everything else was great tho
