Rudy had exceptional customer service. He took me in for a diagnostic last minute and was very transparent and communicative with my car situation. I was so happy that my car service was done way before the expected date because Rudy was understanding of my work situation. I didn’t get to see him when I picked up the car, but I would like to thank him a lot for 1) taking my car in on a last minute notice and 2) getting my car serviced asap in order for me to get to work and 3) being really patient, communicative, and nice.
