The guy who take care of my car told me that It was gonna take about 1 hour and 30 minutes, it pass almost 4 hours and he never show up, soo I went to ask to the other guys that work there, so they gime my car, they told me that byron (I think it was his name) forgot to give my car.. soo I wait more than 2 hours because of him, and they said that he was on break, I was really upset, how is posible that kind of irresponsible person is working there.. is the first time that this happenned to me, usully the costumer service is really good but not this time... never again with this guy, I'Ll rather go to a diferent place..

Thank you for everything! I always receive amazing customer service from beginning to end. I have always been helped by Cezar Melena whenever I get my oil change and he always displays great customer service. I always thought you guys got lucky to find someone who truly enjoys his job. Today was the first time had to go in for additional service and realized that everyone in your staff has great customer service skills. Whoever you have hiring your staff is doing a great job!! I was truly impressed from the youngman who checked me in who had a great smile and extremely helpful, to Omar Cabrera who helped me every step of the way. He even helped me with getting a shuttle so I didn’t have to wait there. I am extremely happy I bought my car there. My service advisor was a ‘idiot’ its not first time I had bad experience after sales. I am not sure if I will go back to buy car from them because of there poor service. I have a brand new car and its giving me problems when I dropped my car service advisor didn’t went on drive despite me saying to him 10 times lets have a drive to see what is the noise but he was like I don’t have later after few called me and said its completely normal and there is no problem with car and I had to drive 35 miles again to see what’s going on. That idiot started arguing didn’t do any another jobs listed while dropping my car because pf argument. I am very happy with the service provided by Darin.
However, If your customer's comments have any meaning to your organization I urge you to look into the unprofessional customer service that Chris has to offer. I was the only car in the Express oil change. And I inched up my car in the line but Chris insisted that I have to move up another 6 inches so "other people can get into a shade ". There's no one behind me. Please notice that this is the second time that I have a counter with Chris. The 1st time about 2 months ago. He made me move my car to the line closer to his office even though the 2 lines are with the same amount of cars waiting. I sent out my comment about the 1st event right after it happened. It's seems like nothing has been improved.
