There's no way to make my experience satisfying not only was the initial start of my visit horrific but in the end the employee who helped me was totally rude and inconsiderate. I can understand that she had an attitude but I called Monday and spoke with a supposably "manager" who I'm sorry but that is a sorry excuse for someone who presents themselves as management, They we're unable to fix my car nor tell me the extent of the damage when I asked .Even after me telling them that it could be putting my life at risk since all I was asking was if the car was drivable or not. When I asked to speak to another manager this person by the name Paul refused to transfer me I asked for him to give me at least a name of another manager he said and I quote " YOU DONT NEED IT SO I AM NOT GOING TO TELL YOU THERE IS NO POINT FOR YOU TO KNOW" I am not only angry about how I was treat but it also made me very sad people so present themself on TV as helpful would treat people like they are worth nothing I will be making sure Non of my family or friends ever go there let alone buy a car from Hardin Honda
