Naeil Droubi is one of the best service techs I have ever dealt with. I live in Anaheim Hills and I choose the Anaheim Honda because of its impeccable service. Naeil was professional, kept his word, straight forward and looked like he actually cared. I will continue to drive across town to this dealer as long as I get this type of service. Dealerships I’ve used in the past have at least run my car through the car wash so it comes back from being serviced with a cleaner exterior than when I dropped it off. Honda should be able to do this. It Is one of the benefits of using a dealership for scheduled maintenance.
