Scheduled early appointment today in the morning and cleared the whole day to service my vehicle. No resolution was found. Only 6 miles was driven to try and replicate the issue. Honda has issued a service bulliten for my issue on May 8th. I told Kari when I left to pick up my vehicle and she said she wasn’t aware of it but she will try to get back to me. I’m worried about safety of the problem, I hope it will eventually get resolved.

Naeil was awesome (yet again). He is honest and definitely doesn't perform shortcuts. Since Honda and its dealers don't have their databases linked (even in 2019), Naeil had to call (& wait on hold) my former bay area dealership to confirm previous work done.
