Alfredo was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the vehicle through out the process. The shuttle service was also very beneficial. Unfortunately the vehicle issue with the a/c didn't get resolved after repairs and I will be taking it back for further evaluation next week. This in no way reflects in the service that Alfredo provided which was excellent.

Usually I carry mi car to buena park honda but I had a bad experience there with the service but now I am thinking to change to this honda dealer.I really think that customer service is the most important thing in any business and the way of Darin gives to the customers is of 5 stars thank you.

Rudy was ok taking care of the problem. When i called to have a service car and asking a favor to pick me up so I could pick up my car. The one whoever answering your phone was terrible she says okay the driver will pick you up about 30 minutes and I've been waiting and i called up again. Telling me oh he’s at lunch . All the F excuses until it’s late. You’re customer service need some improvement. Educate your F whoever this female answering phone.
