Picked up my car and first I had problem with the transmission not shifting properly. It seemed to stick in third gear. Also the “Lane Mitigation Control” does not work. Then I find the car will not recognized lane departures. Then the LCD screen for the driver is not displaying the correct information. Mostly it is blank. I do not think the car was test driven after installation of the towing feature or someone would have noticed these problems unless it as simple as a switch problem on/in the dash.
No one offered to explain the towing installation to me or where the electrical connection (tail light connector) or how to hook up a trailer to the car. Where is it? Does the electrical connector have a dummy plug to keep snow, ice, or dirt out of the connector. I want to know if someone changed one pf the console switches or if a connector came loose on the computer.
Right now I’m not a happy customer.
