The oil service was a job well done and was satisfied with the
bonus "car wash" service. Cezar Melena also noted
some services that need to be done on my car for better performance.

Alfredo was very responsible. He saw the whole job through even though it was a Saturday and he was not on site. There was a glitch with my warranty. Though I was not happy about it I nevertheless appreciate him for trying his best to communicate and to negotiate the price. I cannot say the same for the front office. A woman called and told me the car was ready before it was.
