I’ve been to multiple Honda service centers and for the first time I went to Hardin Honda and it was, by far, the best experience I’ve had at a Honda dealership. The staff was extremely prompt when I pulled in, told me they’d be right with me, and then directed me where to go. I was helped immediately upon arriving, left my car, and was texted and called when my vehicle was ready for pick up. One thing I really appreciated at this specific location was that I wasn’t pressured into doing any repairs/updates for my vehicle. As someone who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I appreciate when I can go somewhere, ask for something like an oil change, and not be asked 5 times about something unrelated. That meant a lot to me. When I came in for pickup, the mechanic who helped me upon my arrival told me where to go to pay and had someone pull my car up. All in all, the experience was so pleasant and I will be going back to Hardin Honda for all of my future services. Thank you Hardin Honda staff for being so helpful, kind, and professional!
