Darin seems to be the one to help me whenever I take my or my wife’s car in to express service and he is always friendly and courteous. He is a pleasant familiar face and I know our vehicles are in good hands at Hardin Honda.

I had a large fuel leak at the top of my fuel tank. It sprayed and leaked fuel under the back seat bottom from the tank fuel pump module access cover and pooled fuel in a trough under the rear seat bottom and got onto the rear carpet. It had a crack and leak at the top of the fuel pump module.
I searched YouTube and google and saw that this was a common problem.
Hardin and the factory declined any help to remedy this leak problem. I also have a 2009 civic that has a air bag problem. The bag was replaced and the air bag failure light was on when returned to me after bag replacement.
The dealer never told me I needed more work and that the new bag was not working. I also had a 2001 Odyssey. The trans was replaced 3x under extended warranty and was never remedied. I paid $4,200 to replace the. 4th and last trans at Honda dealer.
I am very unhappy with how Honda dealers and the factory treated me. The products are poorly made and the service and warranty are bad.
I work for a class action law firm and want to sue as a lead plaintiff on the $988 to replace my unsafe fuel pump module to remedy the pressure leak problem.
