Everything was great! From the moment I drove through the check in. The gentleman who greeted me (don’t remember his name) was great. He was super friendly and nice. I wasn’t expecting that & it felt so welcoming. When I walked in the office Naeil Droubi was so nice as well. I’m a female and I walked in thinking “They are going to try & sell me a lot of things on my car, especially not knowing much about cars.” But not at all! He was very upfront & heard me out. I got texts to keep me updated on the status. Everything was wonderful! When I went to pick up my car. I got greeted by my name. I got handed my keys & the drivers door was even opened for me to hoop on & head out. Keep up the great work!!! I was pretty blown away by the service.
