I was told I needed my tires Rotated and balanced and then I got a call that I needed new tires. I told the service representative to cancel the rotations on my tire that I was going to buy new tires somewhere else and they still did the service and I was still charged for it. What was the purpose of rotating my tires and balancing the tires if I need new tires and pay extra

I asked if the technicican did in fact check the tire pressure as it says on the exit paperwork. I was told "yes they did and they set them to 35 PSI.
They did not touch them. One tire 29 PSI, second 30 and 2 had 31 PSI.
My point is - do not tell custimer that something was done when it in fact wasn't.
