My rep was good, I was disappointed at delivery. Even though my car is old, I left it overnight and it wasn’t washed. Very disappointed to find out the dealership doesn’t provide a simple gesture of appreciation. Hardin GMC always washes my car and all other dealerships I take my other GMC. Again very disappointed in Honda as a dealership
