The visit took almost 5 hours and she didn’t notify me of any problems or findings before sending me a text that 9300 dollars in repairs were needed She wasn’t rude but certainly not pleasant or helpful I went to the dealership only because the V SC message said the dealership could determine from the error codes what the root problem was that caused the alarm msg I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership but that ends today

I have taken my car in for service every 5000 miles and it has not been a good experience. I feel that any of my main concerns in regards to my vehicle have been disregarded. Hence is why I keep going back and forth between the Hemet and Temecula Toyota locations. Both locations really need to work on customer service.
