I got two new tires and your team never checked the air pressure on the other two tires which were low. Also it took 3 hours to change two tires . One tire was atleast covered under warranty, it was the tire that was damaged because the same team never checked that I had a nail in the tire and let me drive off with it after service. The service is poor, I have bought three cars there and atleast two service packs a year since 2018 and im not treated like a valued customer. Its making me think about never buying a toyota again
