I was happy with the driver Brandon, and Paulo Vlet but very dissatisfied with Rubin and the dispatchers who couldn't get anything right. Starting with my name, it's Terrall Butler, that they didn't get even 6after being corrected. And rather go on and on it ended up with a search for the keys. But no, I wasn't too happy for all the mistakes.
